For Standard Worldwide Shipping, there is a $14 fee if your order is under $60. All orders above $60 are FREE, the time may take anywhere between 7-21 days.
For Express Shipping , there is a shipping fee and times vary according to according to your shipping preference at checkout.

GelPolish USA always tries to ship all items of your order, however, sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we're processing your order, we'll let you know by sending you an email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
